Since moving to Brisbane I have been playing social football and represented Queensland in the over 35's FAO Futsal Nationals. I recently hung up my gloves at age 54.

Once a goalkeeper always a goalkeeper. It is hard to give the game away, this is now what I do to get my football fix. I hope that I am passing on some of my knowledge and experience to the next generation because as I am sure you know, goalkeepers are usually the forgotten player in the team and hardly ever coached in the correct techniques to SAFELY protect their goals.

  • 1973 ~ Juventus FC (Tasmanian Premier League Reserves)
  • 1975 ~ Dnipro FC (Tasmanian Premier League Seniors)
  • 1976 ~ Juventus FC (Tasmanian Premier League Seniors)
  • 1977 ~ Dnipro FC (Tasmanian Premier League Seniors)
  • 1978 ~ Trialed with Potenza ( Italian Seria C)
  • 1979 ~ Serious Knee and Back Injury
  • 1980 ~ Retired from Competitive Football
  • 1990 ~ Social Football and Futsal
